Rules & regulation

1. Persons interested in Turfwar Season II will submit registration form, duly signed along with two photographs (Passport Size).
2. Please submit valid ID proofs photocopy. (Govt/Institute ID cards)
3. The Organizers have the right to refuse admission in case of lack of discipline.
4. Players are required to be over 16 years of age.  If  player  is  under  18  years then  a  letter  of  parental  approval  is  required. 
5. Players  are  expected  to  respect  and  oblige  with  all  rules  and  regulations.
6. Football game rules for 5-a-side will apply.
7. Classes missed on account of any reason will not be adjusted.
8. The registration cannot be assigned, transferred or otherwise disposed of.
9. Players are advised to undergo a medical examination (themselves) prior to submitting the form. Any medical problem should be disclosed.
10. Player participation in Turfwar Season II is at his own risk. The organizers cannot accept responsibility or liability for any injury or lose, including fatality or damage, whatsoever to any person or his / her property.
11. Any person who suffers and accident or injury during the tournament will only be provided with basic first aid.
12. The organizer does not accept the responsibility for any damage caused to items, valuables or personal belongings brought during the tournament dates.
13. Participants should not undertake any physical activity for which they may not be fit and are responsible for monitoring their condition during exercise.
14. Each player is responsible for monitoring his or her own physical condition and physical activity undertaken during the tournament.
15. No pets are allowed during the tournament dates.
16. Players/Participants must show consideration to each other during the tournament, in particular, profane or abusive language and the threat or use of violence will not be tolerated.
17. Players are requested to wear appropriate attire and footwear during the tournament. Organizers will only provide the team jersey for the tournament.
18. Organizers will also provide players/team and coach with basic food & beverages If be or in case of any allergy, they can get their own food & beverage.
19. Players are requested to use their own towels or kit. Only Proper football kits are allowed.
20. Apart from the above rules, the instructions issued by the Coach/Institute/Organizer must be strictly followed.
21. The organizers will   not   take   any   responsibility   for   a   fight   or misunderstanding among players within a team or between opponents.
22. Match dates and time may change from time to time due to public holidays or other circumstances that the organizers  decide are worthy of changing fixtures. All the teams should assume that all the fixtures would be on the appointed time and date unless clearly advised by the organizers.
23. Players who are found irregular, using foul language, violence nature, their participation will be automatically cancelled. And if anything goes beyond, strict action will be taken.
24. Violent conduct on or off the pitch will result in the immediate suspension of the individual and could result in a ban from the premises. The creators reserve the right to ban an individual or team from further participation all competitions. 
25. Referees must be respected from all teams. Teams found guilty of abusing referee’s will be removed from the tournament. 
26. The decision of the organizers in all matters pertaining to the administration of the league is final. 
27. The organizers may overturn any rule if they a team is deliberately using an interpretation of the rules to gain unfair  advantage
